High school is a time young people find who they are who they want to become. By studying a combination of compulsory and elective high school credit courses, students prepare for their universities pathways and future careers. Students who meet the graduation requirements are awarded the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD). Through this process and with high-quality education and extracurriculars, we prepare students for any possible futures.

Helping Young People Find Themselves

Education can change futures, and we believe in the importance of making positive changes. In order to prepare young adults for university, at Arktown we focus on our curriculum and high quality education. At the same time, we provide a variety of extracurricular activities and encourage students to find their passions and hobbies. Through this process of education, students develop their skills while finding their interests, creating well-rounded individuals.

Broaden the depth of knowledge and thinking.

From elementary to university, students go through endless exams with less time for extracurriculars or personal interests. However in modern society, being knowledgeable includes having experience in multiple areas. By breaking down the barriers with different disciplinary boundaries, our students learn to broaden the depth of their thinking and the width of their thoughts. With athletics, arts, STEM and more, at Arktown we are preparing multifaceted students for their futures.

The Light in the Heart

Establishing multicultural values

We introduce our students to multiculturalism views by welcoming diverse cultures to emphasize the importance of an open mind. By setting this example, combined with exchange programs, different environments, and a variety of experiences, our students learn to emphasize and respect others. As our world becomes more diverse, those with multicultural values find better futures: those are futures we lead our students towards.

Our students excel with not only good grades and academics but also with an open-minded approach to the world and the future!
